How does Shipping to Pick-Up Points work?

Thanks to Packeta Transport Company and its Partner Carriers, we can offer you a unique form of transport using Pick-Up Points.

If you select this option at check-in and pay by card, you can select the Pick-Up Point with the location that suits you best on the interactive map. Pick-up points are normally found in brick-and-mortar stores, but can also be automated dispensers.

Your order will be delivered here and will be waiting for you for several days. You can pick it up when it's convenient for you and you don't have to be at home at a specific time waiting for the courier to arrive.

There are many pick-up points and they are located all over your country. You are guaranteed to find a Pick-Up Point near you.

We'll check availability and offer you a free shipping code as a thank you for being our first customer from your location!

How Does The Loyalty System Work?

When registered, you earn Loyalty Points with each Purchase worth more than 20€ /85zł /100lei.

You can then apply your Loyalty Points to get a discount on your next purchase.
With this system, you can make your whole order up to 10% cheaper Each Time.

When purchasing via cash on delivery, please email us on info@mentalbotanist.com after you pick up your order. We will add the points to your account. 

How Long does Shipping Take?

Orders placed by 12:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

We will resolve the issue within 24 hours — either by replacing the item or by finding the best solution for you.
