🚚 Shipping Basics

⚠️ Please note: cut-off times and same-day shipping are not guaranteed.
Monday dispatch is especially limited — if your order doesn’t go out Monday, it will go Tuesday.

  • All orders are shipped via Packeta.

  • Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from the moment we dispatch it.

  • Once the package is out of our hands, it's the courier's responsibility. We can't speed it up or guarantee the exact day.

  • We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed:

    • Friday before 12:00 → usually sent Friday.

    • Friday after 12:00 up to Monday before 12:00 → may be sent Monday, but can roll over to Tuesday.
      Please don’t treat Monday dispatch as guaranteed.

⌚ Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are usually prepared for same-day shipping.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 are processed the next business day.

  • This is not a guarantee. Sometimes we may miss it due to courier timing, high order volume, or technical issues.

📧 Tracking Info

  • You'll receive an email with tracking number within 12 hours after we ship your order (not after creating the order).

  • If you entered your email correctly, you’ll also get updates from Packeta.

  • Still nothing after 24 hours? Check your spam folder first. Then feel free to contact us.

❓ Delivery Delays or Issues

  • We get a lot of emails asking "Has it been shipped?" or "Where’s my order?"

  • If your order was placed before 12:00, and it wasn’t a weekend, it was likely shipped the same day. (Unless it’s Monday — some orders will roll over to Tuesday.)

  • If it was after 12:00, it’ll likely go out the next business day.

  • Don’t worry if it hasn’t shown up immediately — 2–5 business days is normal.

    • We're physically unable to speed it up in any way.

📅 Missed Deliveries or Rescheduling

  • Once shipped, any delivery changes must be done with the courier using your tracking link.

  • We are unable to change anything once shipped.
  • If the packaging looks damaged, do not accept the package and contact us.

✉️ Need to Edit an Order?

  • You can make changes only before we start processing the order.

  • Let us know as quickly as possible. Once packed or shipped, no changes are possible.

  • You can still make a new one tho. 

💳 Payment Options

  • Cash on Delivery only.

    • Depending on the country, pick-up point, or courier, this could mean:

      • Cash in person

      • Card payment at pickup

      • Online payment via courier’s app

  • Want to prepay?

    • You can contact us to set that up.

    • We might offer a discount vs. COD, but only for orders of 5g+.

    • It may take a bit longer to arrange.
