đ Shipping Basics

All orders are shipped via Packeta.

Delivery time is usually 2â5 business days from the moment we dispatch it.

Once the package is out of our hands, it's the courier's responsibility. We can't speed it up or guarantee the exact day.

We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed:

Friday before 12:00 â usually sent Friday.

Friday after 12:00 up to Monday before 12:00 â sent Monday.

â Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are usually shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 are processed the next business day.

This is not a guarantee. Sometimes we may miss it due to courier timing or technical issues.
đ§ Tracking Info

You'll receive an email with tracking number within 12 hours after we ship your order (not after payment).

If you entered your email correctly, youâll also get updates from Packeta.

Still nothing after 24 hours? Check your spam folder first. Then feel free to contact us.
â Delivery Delays or Issues

We get a lot of emails asking "Has it been shipped?" or "Whereâs my order?"

If your order was placed before 12:00, and it wasnât a weekend, it was likely shipped the same day.

If it was after 12:00, itâll likely go out the next business day.

Donât worry if it hasnât shown up immediately â 2â5 business days is normal.
- We're physically unable to speed it up in any way.
đ Missed Deliveries or Rescheduling

Once shipped, any delivery changes must be done with the courier using your tracking link.
- We are unable to change anything once shipped.

If the packaging looks damaged, do not accept the package and contact us.

You can make changes only before we start processing the order.

Let us know as quickly as possible. Once packed or shipped, no changes are possible.
