Where do you ship to?

We ship to EU countries.
If your country doesn’t appear during checkout, reach out via the contact form.
If you're the first customer from that country, we’ll even send you a free shipping code as a thank-you.

How does the Loyalty System work?

Our Loyalty Points are available for registered customers only.

How to earn points:

  • Spend over 20 € / 8000 HUF / 85 PLN / 100 RON in one order.

  • After you collect your package, send us a short email at info@mentalbotanist.com with your order number.

  • We’ll manually add the points to your account. Points are not added automatically.

How points are calculated:

  • You get 1 point for every:
    • 0.20 €
    • 80 HUF
    • 0.85 PLN
    • 1 RON

  • Each point is worth:
    • 0.02 €
    • 10 HUF
    • 0.10 PLN
    • 0.10 RON

Example:
Order value: 20 € → You get 100 points.
Next time, those 100 points will discount your 20€ order by 2 € (10% of your total).

Extra points for reviews:
Registered customers get 100 points for leaving a review on an order.

Other details:

  • Points are valid for 120 days after adding.

  • You can combine loyalty discounts with other discount codes.

  • The maximum discount from points is 10% of the order total.

Can I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel, let us know as soon as possible using the contact form in the footer.
Once your order is shipped, it can’t be canceled—but you can always refuse it or not pick it up, and it will return to us.

Can I prepay?

Yes. If you're planning a larger order (5g+ or regular purchases), reach out.

Can I change something in my order?

Changes (like address or product swaps) are only possible before we start processing your order. That means: let us know fast.

Once the order is packed or shipped, we can’t make changes anymore.
Double-check your details before confirming the order—it really helps!

What if I made a mistake in the phone number or address?

If your info is invalid (e.g., missing digits or wrong format), we might pause your order and email you to fix it.

If you realize there's a mistake after placing the order, message us immediately—ideally within an hour or two.
We’ll do our best to correct it before it’s too late.
